This page is for the City Church International website (a static brochure with media embeds). It is not a mobile-app policy.

What this site is

The site tells visitors who we are, when and where we meet, how to watch or listen, and how to give. Sean edits the copy in this git repository. There is no church CMS login and no user accounts.

What we collect

• Language preference. If you tap EN or 繁體, we store that choice in a cookie and in your browser’s localStorage so the next visit can open the language you picked. We do not read your browser language header and we do not switch language by location.
• Messages you send. WhatsApp, email (admin@ccihk.com), and bank-transfer receipt emails are ordinary correspondence. We use them to reply and, for gifts, to issue a receipt when you ask.
• Giving. Bank transfers go through HSBC. Card payments, when a Stripe link is published, are processed on Stripe’s checkout. We do not store card numbers on this website.
• Embedded players. YouTube (live and video), Apple Podcasts, and maps are provided by those companies. Their players and pages may set their own cookies. See each provider’s privacy policy.

This website does not run a store, a sermon-download locker, or the old “CCI App.”
